The European Clinical Osteopathy Program is not a simple sequence of courses, but a progressive path designed to develop operational clinical skills in manual treatment and accompany the professional towards a higher level of decision-making autonomy .
The structure of the program allows for the development of manual skills, palpatory sensitivity, osteopathic evaluation skills and greater confidence in managing real patients over time.
Each phase of the course integrates theoretical content , guided practice and continuous teaching support , thus transforming learning into concrete and applicable skills .
The goal is not to have students attend isolated modules, but to accompany the student in serious, coherent and professional clinical growth .

A program structured in three phases
The European Clinical Osteopathy Program was designed to guide the student through a gradual, structured and increasingly advanced training path, integrating the main areas of modern osteopathic practice.
Phase 1 – Introduction to Clinical Osteopathy
The first step in clinical osteopathic training. During this phase, students develop the foundations of the structural approach, focusing on the assessment and treatment of the spine, spinal biomechanics, and major joint dysfunctions.
Phase 2 – European Diploma in Clinical Osteopathy
The heart of the program. This phase integrates the structural approach, the appendicular, visceral, and craniosacral systems, pregnancy, pediatrics, fascial techniques, differential diagnosis, and clinical reasoning, transforming technical training into real clinical expertise.
Phase 3 – Master in Advanced Clinical Osteopathy
The advanced phase of the program is dedicated to professionals who wish to specialize in managing complex cases, integrate the various body systems, and develop a higher level of clinical and decision-making autonomy.

From Phase 2 onwards, students can access ISOM Professional Membership, a continuous updating system developed in collaboration with IRO – International Register of Osteopaths.
Membership offers regular clinical webinars, real-world case studies, in-depth workshops, professional exchanges, and preferential access to Advanced programs.

ISOM Professional Membership
Starting from Phase 2 – European Diploma in Clinical Osteopathy , the student can access the ISOM Professional Membership , a system designed to continue the path beyond basic training and support clinical and professional growth over time.
Membership represents a natural extension of the program : not simply additional access, but an environment dedicated to ongoing training , professional exchange , and the development of increasingly advanced skills . Through clinical webinars , real-world case studies, in-depth workshops , and direct support, professionals can continue to consolidate their clinical reasoning even after entering the core program.
The ISOM Professional Membership , in collaboration with IRO – International Register of Osteopaths , also allows you to enter an international professional network , strengthening your positioning and maintaining an active connection over time with the world of osteopathic training and practice .
